You will love your stay at our charming beach bungalow. Start off your morning walking down the street to one of the fantastic breakfast spots, then come back and sit in the courtyard and enjoy all the vegetation as the day gets going. Around back you have a screened in porch, amazing yard with citrus trees and string lights, providing even more room for friends and family. Inside you have comfortable beds that will sleep 10-12 easily! Plus everyone's favorite feature is the detached bunk house with it's own AC unit and TV out back. This beach cottage has an abundance of history and undeniable character. 

Located within the upscale Frangista Beach neighborhood, it is a short 5 minute walk (0.3 miles) to the private beach entrance.  Your PRIVATE beach access is at Hollywood Dr.!! This is a bit of a hidden gem as far as beach access goes. There are no high-rise buildings around and the closest public beach access is past Pompano Joes so our private beach access is much less crowded than other spots. Also, within walking distance their are multiple other restaurants such as Emerald Coast Wine Cellar’s, Bad A** Coffee, and our absolute favorite Pascalli Kitchen.

We have the best housekeeping staff in the area. Our house is kept immaculately clean and we and our team take great pride in making sure the house is clean, safe, and ready for each guest.

There are 3 bedrooms and 2 baths within the main house with a 4th bonus bungalow bunk room in the backyard (with it's own AC and TV).  

The living room is just the place to kick back and enjoy movies on the flatscreen TV. With two couches, your group will have plenty of space to relax after a long day at the beach.

Just off the kitchen is the dining room, which is attached to the living room. The dining room is furnished with a new custom made farmhouse table.

You will have access to high-speed internet during your stay. 

Note: We require each booking to sign a lease and place a $300 fully refundable security hold on a credit card, you will receive an email from lemonadestandhomes with instructions once you book.

We do allow pets, with a $75 fee to cover the extra cleaning. Please contact us if you are interested in bringing along your pet.
